Programs are sold as one-, four-, or eight-week purchases. The total is shown before payment. No recurring subscription is created.
Payment issues
If a payment is debited but your program does not appear, check your member area before attempting another payment. Retain the payment reference and contact the support channel shown on your order confirmation once enrollment opens.
Never share card details, CVV, banking passwords, or payment OTPs in a WhatsApp coaching conversation. Payments are completed through the secure payment checkout.
Program access
A one-week purchase covers week one; a four-week purchase covers weeks one to four; an eight-week purchase covers the full program. Your chosen duration and start date will be shown before you pay.
Consumer rights
The final policy will explain cancellations before the start date, access that has already begun, duplicate charges, and service failures. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
